1. General Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the use of the website www.vituspanzio.ro (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”). By using the Website, users agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Services and Booking Conditions

• A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required when making a reservation.
• For reservations of only one night, a 100% deposit is required.
• In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.

Check-in: from 2:00 PM.
Check-out: until 10:00 AM.

3. Liability

Vitus Guesthouse strives to provide uninterrupted services but cannot be held responsible for events beyond its control (force majeure), such as natural disasters, power outages, pandemic situations, or disruptions caused by third parties.

Guests are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide and for any damage caused to the property or its equipment. Vitus Guesthouse reserves the right to claim compensation for such damage.

Vitus Guesthouse reserves the right to refuse services or reservations if a guest’s behaviour, previous conduct, or other circumstances make such a decision necessary, particularly when the peace or safety of other guests or the legitimate interests of the property may be affected.

This right shall always be exercised in good faith and in accordance with the principle of equal treatment, without discrimination.

4. Data Protection

Vitus Guesthouse processes personal data provided for reservation purposes and to comply with legal obligations.

Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law. Data processing is carried out in accordance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

5. Final Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions came into effect on January 1, 2025, and remain valid until amended.

Vitus Guesthouse reserves the right to modify these Terms. Any changes will be announced on the Website.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of Harghita County.
